2. Add ZeroExport page to the app navigation (Optional)

  1. Go to Setup -> App Manager.
  2. Open your Salesforce app (for example Sales app) and click Edit.
  3. In Navigation Items, add ZeroExport Builder.

3. Add ZeroExport to record pages (simple option)

If you want users to trigger generation directly from record context:

  1. Go to Setup -> Object Manager.
  2. Choose the object (for example Account, Opportunity, or Contract).
  3. Open Lightning Record Pages.
  4. Edit the page used by your users.
  5. Add ZeroExportPreview (or ZeroExport) LWC component to your page.

  7. Save and Activate.

4. Verify access in 2 minutes

Make sure you have at least one active template for the object you added the component to (for example Account, Opportunity, or Contract). If not, create a quick template using our sample templates and test data.

  1. Login as a user with ZeroExport User.
  2. Open the record page where you added the component (for example Account, Opportunity, or Contract).
  3. Select a prebuilt template, for example Invoice Template.
  4. Select a test record from test bench input.
  5. Click Preview to see the generated document.
